Facial Aftercare

Your facial is just the beginning of your skin’s journey. Thoughtful aftercare allows your skin to restore, rebalance and fully benefit from today’s treatment. Please review the steps below to support optimal results.


First 24 Hours

  • Avoid touching your face unless hands are clean

  • Do not apply makeup if possible. If necessary, use clean brushes and non-comedogenic products only

  • Avoid heat exposure including hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and sun exposure

  • Refrain from intense exercise or activities that cause excessive sweating (working out, sauna, running, etc)

  • Do not pick, scratch, or exfoliate the skin

  • Continue to wear SPF 30 (or higher) daily

  • Stay hydrated and get plenty of rest to support skin recovery


Next 48–72 hours

  • Avoid Retinol or retinoids

  • Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) & Beta hydroxy acids (BHAs)

  • Expect mild redness, warmth, tingling, or sensitivity is normal and should subside within 24–48 hours

  • Breakouts may occur as congestion surfaces—this is temporary

  • Skin may feel tighter or drier as it rebalances

  • Avoid exfoliating treatments or scrubs for at least 7 days

  • Avoid waxing, threading, or laser treatments for at least 7 days

  • Please reach out if you experience prolonged redness, irritation beyond 72 hours. Also reach out if you are experiencing swelling, itching or discomfort or any reaction that feels unusual or concerning
