New Booking System: Gloss Genius
Starting December, I will officially be transitioning to GlossGenius to offer a smoother, easier and more modern scheduling process.
Below are answers to the most common questions about the new system and updated studio policies.

You might be wondering why things look a little different. I’ve upgraded to GlossGenius to give you a faster, more user-friendly booking experience. With this system, you can easily:
Schedule appointments
Purchase gift cards
Sign up for memberships and packages
Receive automatic reminders via text and email
Store a secure card on file for seamless checkout

If you have an existing appointment, I will transfer your booking into GlossGenius for you.All you need to do is be ready to provide a card on file, as required by the studio policy.

A secure card on file is required for all guests. This helps streamline check-in/checkout and ensures the late cancellation/no-show policies are enforced fairly.
If a card is not on file, a deposit is required for all bookings. Currently GlossGenius doesn’t allow guests to enter card information without booking an appointment. Please text me to schedule a time to chat over the phone so I can get your card information (your information will be kept confidential - I promise!)

If there is no card on file, you will be unable to book future appointments until one is added.
A deposit will also be required for any appointment you try to schedule. -
The policy has been updated for clarity and consistency.
30% of the service booked is charged for:
Late cancellations
Late reschedules (anything made after the 48-hour window)
No-shows
The fee is charged to the card on file.
If no card is on file, you will not be able to schedule future appointments.

If you have any credits earned through the Referral Program, those will be transferred to GlossGenius. You won’t lose anything—your credits will be available to use as usual.

Any gift cards purchased through the old booking system will also be transferred over. Your remaining balance will stay intact and you’ll be able to redeem them through GlossGenius without any issues.

No. Your current intake forms will be transferred to GlossGenius.
You will only need to complete a new form if you are booking a different service that requires updated information (such as Dermaplaning, for example).
